Where does our human experience come from? Our relationship to our own thinking.
It sounds so simple, and yet after working with this understanding over the past month, I really see it.
What are you thinking? In this moment, what thoughts are here? How are those thoughts making you feel?
For a moment, step outside the stream of thinking. Unhook yourself from the thoughts you’re identifying with. What’s here now?
In a culture of, “always wanting another now”, it can be hard to see what is already here, available to us in this moment.
Spend some time contemplating the questions below:
What is here now if the peace I am seeking is already here?
What is here now is the freedom I am seeking is already here?
What is here now if the love I am seeking is already here?
I hope you have a week full of moments of presence that bring you out of your thinking and into living🧡
