Monday Meditation: Slow Down

Tonight, I’m on a quiet walk after dinner. The sun is low, the breeze gentle — and the message that keeps rising from deep within me is clear:
Slow down.
After a whirlwind trip to New York, I returned home and immediately felt the pull — to catch up, to get things done, to move fast, to make things happen.
But my intuition keeps whispering:
Slow down. Rest while you work. Let life unfold.
So I’m choosing to listen. And I want to invite you to listen too.
What would it look like to slow down… just a little… this week?
Maybe it’s a 10-minute noticing practice — simply tuning into your senses.
✨ What do you hear?
✨ What do you see?
✨ What do you feel in your body?
✨ What do you taste, smell, sense?
Or maybe it’s a short walk without your phone.
Or a moment of stillness in the morning.
Or the simple act of standing barefoot on the grass.
The world may be speeding up — but we don’t have to.
We can choose to root down as things ramp up.
We can move with presence, not pressure.
We can let this be enough.
